- Project Suppliers: Preliminary discussions are made with the companies that are suppliers of the project and it is decided to procure services together with the CEO at the final decision stage.
- Decisions: Hundreds of draft decisions to be made during the project process are prepared by Standards and Partners and decisions are made with the CEO.
- Expenditure Approvals: Made by the CEO. Expenditure approvals below the specified amount in the project budget can be left to the project team if desired.
