State Aids, Incentives and Grants
The state tries to shape the behavior of economic units through incentives while implementing both fiscal policy and economic policy. Sometimes each ministry aims to give different incentive practices according to the market within its own policies. Hundreds of incentives are sometimes aimed at regional development and sometimes the general employment of a sector.
In total, nearly 700 incentive systems were made available to users. Of course, the state is bound to the conditions in terms of form and basis to make these incentives available.
